Gabriela built Liora as the table she always wished the mountains had.
Every detail, from the coffee in your cup to the linen on your table, is chosen with the same question in mind: would we want to sit here all afternoon? Liora is small by design — a handful of tables, a short menu, and a lot of care.
Mountain Brunch
A leisurely, plate-by-plate brunch built around what's fresh from the central mountains — served every weekend from 9 to 2.
Wine & Coffee Bar
A tightly curated wine list alongside coffee grown in the highlands surrounding Morovis, pulled and poured to order.
Farm to Table
Produce, cheese and coffee sourced from growers we know by name, changing gently with what the season brings.

Liora sits along the mountain road into town, a short drive from the plaza and easy to find once you're close — look for the cream-colored door and the wine glass on the sign.
